Scholastic 3-D Archery (S3DA) is excited to announce our involvement in National Shooting Sports Month, in partnership with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF).
Created to encourage participation in the shooting sports and emphasize firearms safety, National Shooting Sports Month will take place throughout the month of August.
“We’re thrilled to take part in National Shooting Sports Month through our Shoots for Conservation Challenge,” said Kayla Bolton, S3DA Social Media Marketing Coordinator. “This initiative gives our youth members a chance to get outdoors, shoot their bows, practice safety, and connect with the world around them – all while promoting the values of conservation and responsible participation in the shooting sports. Whether they’re in the backyard or exploring public lands, this challenge encourages our members to be active stewards of both their sport and the environment. Plus, it’s a fun opportunity to share their stories and possibly win a conservation-themed prize pack!”
“Last year’s National Shooting Sports Month was a tremendous success, thanks to hundreds of ranges and retailers across the country reminding people about the fun and excitement of target shooting,” said Zach Snow, NSSF Director, Retail & Range Business Development. “We’re thrilled to have S3DA join in continuing the celebration of the shooting sports this year.”
Whether you’re an experienced target shooter, a hunter or a person just becoming interested in acquiring a first firearm and learning how to shoot, NSSF invites you to visit a firearms retailer during National Shooting Sports Month to learn about the many types of shooting sports and firearms safety.
