Jon works for Escalade Sports as the General Manager of the Bear Archery Group. In this role, Jon and his team manage iconic hunting brands including Bear Archery, Trophy Ridge, and Cajun Bowfishing. He has spent two decades in the archery and hunting industry. Jon is passionate about the future of archery and bowhunting and serves on the board for the Archery Trade Association and multiple industry committees. Before joining Escalade, Jon served as National Account Manager for Precision Shooting Equipment and most recently as Vice President of Sales for Arcus Hunting. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana University. Jon lives in Newburgh, Indiana with his wife and their three children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, scuba diving, and coaching football.
